Families that do not have access to the internet or who are not able to register using a credit card can download the full registration form and send it in using one of the following methods:

Please read through the details below as our registration processes has changed:

We are excited to share that our new software system is up running and will be in place for registration on Tuesday January 9, 2018 starting at 10:00am!

Families will be required to create and account in order to register. All you need to get started is an email address.

Why the change?

With new policies, practices and new software systems currently being implemented, in order to continue offering registration in the most effective way, we are excited to introduce this new online registration that allow families to have continuous access to their accounts and registration details.

What does this mean for you?

This will give families the access to log into their accounts for all current and future registrations. Families will have the ability to view and print their registration information including transportation and account history and update household information. To make changes to a registration that has already been submitted, will need to go through the Camping Services Office.

Can I still come in or register by phone?

Yes, families are still welcome to register in person, or by phone however, since this program is a web-based program you will be required to go through the same steps as registering online. It will take the same time to complete the registration by either method.

If you are registering using a credit card but do not have access to internet to register, you will need to register by phone.

We do understand that some families do not have a credit card and are happy to work with you. Paper forms will ONLY be available for families who do not have a credit card and are making payment by debit, cash or by cheque. For families you are out of town and will be mailing in payment, you will be required to submit the paper copy of the registration form with your payment. This form will not be available until January 2nd, 2018.

Due to being PCI compliant registrations will no longer be accepted by email.  

Can I register more than one camper at a time?

Yes, you can register more than one camper at a time!

Other exciting details!

Once families select their session, your space will be held in the program for 30 minutes while you complete the remainder of the registration.

Families will now be able to view and print account details including their financial information

Please note: Families must complete all steps of the registration to secure their campers space. Please note: ALL credit cards payments will be processed automatically.

Please be sure to keep your account details in place you remember as you will be required to log back into your account to fill your camper(s) health forms.

For now, please move forward with your camper registration or stay tuned for more details to finalize your leadership registration! 

  • Financial Assistance 
    If you are looking to apply for financial assistance, please select the "Campership" tab on the left hand menu. There will be a 2018 Registration Form, as well as the Campership Application. Please take a good read through the appliation as there is additional  documentation needed to submit the application.
