The Idylwylde Golf & Country Club is getting ready for our upcoming Golf, wedding and banquet season. We are currently looking to seek qualified candidates for our kitchen department. The positions available are as follows. All candidates must have flexible schedules, from cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts as well as late night wedding and banquets.

Dishwasher FT/PT ( no experience needed )

First Cook FT/PT ( minimum 3-5 years cooking hot meals , sautee, grill, fryers, Garde- Manger( cold station), preparation of hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, and some butchery).

Second Cook FT/PT (minimum 2-3 years cooking with fryers, Garde- manger( cold station), Pizzas, hot and cold appetizers).

Prep cook FT/PT ( minimum 2-3 years preparing basic prep task such as washing lettuce, chipping and blanching fries, vegetable cutting, portioning, etc).

All qualified candidates will be contacted mid March to late March for intial interviews with the Head Chef and Sous-Chef. These positions are seasonal with the possibility of further employment into the winter/ curling season.
