Fitness Tip of the Week, October 27-November 2, 2014

Thirsty? Drink WATER! You'll have more energy, clearer skin and prevent sprains. In addition, drinking water helps you feel fuller for a longer period of time which in turn will prevent you from overeating, resulting in weight loss and a decrease in bloating! Choosing water over pop or a latte will save you calories and tons of sugar and cleanse out your system, keeping your body healthy and free of toxins. You should drink at least HALF your body weight in ounces of water per day. Build it into your daily routine and keep a log of how much you're drinking! Next time you reach for something to quench your thirst, skip the can of pop or bottle of juice and choose a nice, refreshing glass of water!
