When trying to reach you fitness goals, make sure you are eating "whole foods". Whole foods are foods that are not processes or refined. These foods provide a greater micronutrient complex (vitamins and minerals), higher dietary fiber content as well as higher levels of antioxidants and phytochemicals essential for fighting chronic disease. Eat fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, legumes, nuts and seeds.

April 7th to April 13th

Whatever your fitness level, remember that having a stong core can reduce lower back pain as well as increase balance and stability. Building core strength is important for your overall fitness. Whether it involves work, housework, or activities like golfing, gardening, biking or swimming, all of these call on your core.
